Create your Hapro account

You can create a Hapro account yourself on the website in three parts: choose your plan and name your business, create your login, then make your first payment on Stripe's secure checkout.

1. Choose your plan and name your business

Go to Get started. Under Your business:

• Choose Your plan. You can change it later in Settings → Billing.
• Enter your Business name, the name your customers know you by.
• Tick I agree to the Hapro terms of service and privacy policy.

2. Create your login

Under Create your login, enter Your name and your Work email. You will sign in with this address. Then choose how you want to sign in:

• A password of at least 12 characters. Type it again in Confirm password.
• An emailed code: select Email me a code, then enter the 6-digit code we send you.
• A passkey, so you sign in with your fingerprint, face or screen lock instead of a password.

If sign-in with Google, Facebook or Apple is available, you will see those buttons above or use your email.

You can add more ways to sign in later, in Settings → Security. We recommend keeping at least two, so a lost phone or a forgotten password never locks you out.

3. Pay securely

Select Create account and continue to payment (or Create a passkey and continue to payment). You are taken to Stripe's secure checkout page to pay for your plan. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach Hapro.

When the payment goes through, you come back to Hapro and see Payment received — your plan is active. We then take you straight to the guided setup.

If you leave the checkout page without paying, nothing is charged. Until you pay, Billing is the only screen available: choose your plan there and select Choose plan and pay when you are ready.
