Yes, if it's Shopify, WooCommerce, Square or Lightspeed Retail (X-Series): connect it directly. The WooCommerce, Square and Lightspeed connections are in beta. For any other system, export your products and stock as a CSV or Excel file and upload it. On plans with API access, your own system can send products, prices and stock with the Product API.
Yes. Stock is held for each of your locations, and each phone line can sell from a particular store. With WooCommerce, Square or Lightspeed, you choose which of the store's locations counts as which of your shops. If your Shopify store has several locations, we help you match each one to a Hapro location the first time you connect.
Every 15 minutes, with a full sync each night. The first sync runs as soon as you connect. WooCommerce and Square also tell Hapro when something changes. To bring in the latest products, prices and stock at once, select Sync now on the store's card in Settings → Integrations.
A beta connection works and you can use it today. So far it has been tested against simulated stores rather than live ones, so we watch it closely and want to hear if anything looks wrong. Each setup guide lists the current limits.
No. Phone numbers are provided through Hapro and come with your plan. You choose one during setup, or later in Settings → Phone & voice.
Yes, with Google Calendar or Calendly. The assistant offers free times while the customer is on the call or chat, books the one they choose, and can move or cancel it later. With Google Calendar the times come from your opening hours less what is already in your calendar; Calendly uses your own event types and needs a paid Calendly plan.
Yes. The assistant recognises returning callers from their number, adds new enquiries as leads without duplicates, opens deals for quotes and leaves a short note of each conversation on the contact. Connect with one click, or paste a token from a private app in your own HubSpot.
Yes. Switch on address checks and the assistant confirms the address with Google Maps before it is used, so a misheard street or a missing house number is caught on the call. Delivery is still decided by your own delivery areas, and the nearest of your shops can be found for collection. Checks are included in each plan's monthly allowance.
Yes. Add a webhook from Make, Zapier or your own server and choose the events to send: orders, payments, bookings, new leads, and workflows your assistant starts. Every delivery is signed and retried if your endpoint is down.
