Connect HubSpot
Recognise returning customers, add new leads, open deals and save a note of each conversation in your HubSpot.
Updated 24 Oct 2026
To use HubSpot, connect it on the HubSpot card in Settings → Integrations → CRM. Your assistant then recognises returning callers from their phone number, adds new enquiries as leads, and leaves a short note of each conversation on the contact.
Connect with a private app token
You can connect with an access token from a private app in your own HubSpot:
- In HubSpot, go to Private apps and select Create a private app.
- Give it a name, like "Hapro".
- Under Scopes, choose
crm.objects.contacts.read,crm.objects.contacts.write,crm.objects.deals.readandcrm.objects.deals.write. - Select Create app and copy the access token.
- In Hapro, select Use a token on the HubSpot card and paste it.
If Connect is shown on the card, you can sign in to HubSpot instead.
What your assistant does
- Recognises returning customers. When a caller mentions an earlier quote or job, the assistant looks them up by the number they are calling from, so it can carry on where your team left off.
- Adds new leads. A new enquiry becomes a lead with the caller's name, phone number and what they asked about. It never creates the same contact twice.
- Updates details the customer corrects, like their email address.
- Opens a deal when someone wants a quote. The deal has no price: your team adds it.
- Saves a note of each conversation on the contact, marked as coming from Hapro.
The assistant only ever changes the record of the person it is talking to.
Settings
Select Settings on the HubSpot card to choose the Deal pipeline and Deal stage for new deals, and to turn Save conversation summaries to HubSpot on or off.
HubSpot counts as one of your plan's connected systems.
