Choose which locations feed your stock

You choose which of your connected store's locations counts as which of your shops by selecting Locations on the store's card in Settings → Integrations. Hapro keeps stock for each of your shops, and each phone line sells from one shop. Stock from a location you leave out is ignored, never guessed.

This screen is for WooCommerce, Square and Lightspeed Retail (X-Series). If your Shopify store has several locations, contact us and we will match them with you.

What happens when you connect

Hapro makes a first choice for you:

• A store location with the same name as one of your shops is matched to that shop.
• If no names match, the store's first location is matched to your first shop.
• Any other store location is left out until you choose a shop for it.

WooCommerce has no locations of its own, so it has one entry: the shop itself.

If you had not added a shop to Hapro when you connected, nothing is matched and no stock comes across. Add a shop, then come back here and choose it.

Check or change the matches

1. Open Settings → Integrations.
2. On your store's card under Your connected stores, select Locations.
3. Under Where stock goes, each of your store's locations has a list. Choose the Hapro shop its stock should count at, or Don’t use this location’s stock.
4. Select Save locations.

The next sync uses the new choices. To bring the stock across straight away, select Sync now on the same card.

An owner or administrator can change the matches. Other roles can see them but not change them.

Things to know

• Two store locations cannot feed the same Hapro shop, because their stock would overwrite each other. Choose a different shop for one of them, or leave it out.
• Only open shops are offered. A shop you have closed in Settings → Business does not appear in the lists.
• If no locations are listed yet, wait for the first sync to finish and select Locations again.
• A location you leave out is skipped for stock only. Its products still come across.
